Just thought I’d pass this along as a (subjective) ranking of the major airlines. They say the rankings are based on hard data, customer surveys etc. but I’m sure that any random sampling of frequent business travelers would come up with a completely different list, with different reasons for ranking the airlines as they do. Does it simply come down to frequent flyer status and the convenience of the routes you usually fly? Or do you truly select an airline based upon your view of their superior customer service?
