Our secure, proprietary system maintains your personal traveler profile. Your profile contains the following information:
- Airline frequent flyer numbers
- Hotel & Car rental program numbers
- Credit card numbers for business and/or personal travel
- Airline seating preferences and requirements
- Special meal requirements
- Remarks on personal preferences of each traveler
Other agencies may also keep traveler data on file. The difference with Baker Travel is that this information is updated on a daily basis, and you can include as much detail as you like to ensure that your needs are met.
